President & ceo

John is with AFKLM since 2017. Starting to support staff, he became Chief Pilot, set-up and ran the Flight Academy. In his previous role as COO he was overseeing events, career mode, website, IFC thread and all internal operations, such as Slack and Airtable. Since December 2020 he is our new CEO.
​He lives in the Netherlands.

EMIEL

Emiel first became our Career Mode Manager and proved to be an outstanding staff member. He became Chief Pilot in December 2020.

PHIL

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Phil joined AFKLM in 2019 and became very active as pilot. In 2020 he took over the Human Resource responsibilities. He became our Chief Pilot, overseeing HR and the Flight Academy. Now he is our COO.
He lives in Germany.​

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Omar was our President & CEO since 2017 - until December 2020. Under his leadership AFKLM has seen tremendous growth. Omar oversees currently all marketing related activities, together with his staff. He lives in the United States.
